The design of the restaurant’s dining room is sophisticated and modern with a spacious seating style featuring traditional and high bar tables, booth seating and an outdoor terrace.

Using simple flavours to enhance the inherent freshness of locally sourced produce, 18° offers specialty dishes inspired by the gastronomic heritage of the Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. Three show kitchens with interactive counters add to the theatrical “mise en scene” of the restaurant, while seasonally changing menus ensure innovative selections are always on offer.  Located on Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi’s 18th floor, the restaurant also offers a Friday brunch in Abu Dhabi on par with the very best in the capital city.

Highlights from the dinner menu include Cecina de Leon ham with roasted peach and date chutney, Pan fried foie gras with slow cooked sumac onions, grilled sourdough, Pan fried scallops, cauliflower cumin puree, yoghurt tahini sauce, Pomegranate glazed duck leg with roasted butternut squash pumpkin, spinach or Yoghurt ice cream with strawberry, crispy kunafa vermicelli are a must try in this award- winning Abu Dhabi restaurant.


Families, friends and colleagues are invited to an indulgent afternoon at 18°, where the brunch concept is kept simple yet offers sophistication.

Diners can enjoy a wide array of Eastern Mediterranean fare, where inspiration is drawn from the restaurant’s à la carte menu.

Passionate about the quality food, all ingredients are sourced from the freshest local produce to not only produce sumptuous food, but commit to sustainable practices as well.

The Sky Brunch begins 80 metres above the ground, as guests are welcomed by attentive hostesses. An aperitif station greets guests as a warm up prior to dining.

A dedicated mezze and appetiser counter alongside gourmet savoury filled profiteroles available exclusively at 18°. Diners will be delighted with the selection of cold cuts, cheeses, raw seafood, Mediterranean appetisers and meat from the grill.

About Executive Sous Chef- Michéle Müller

Chef Michéle is one of a few Female Head Chefs in UAE, with 19 years of experience working across Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Ireland, Qatar, & UAE.

She moved around the different kitchen sections and learnt how to produce all types of food, the thing she enjoys most in a kitchen is the adrenaline rush in a busy environment.

Creativity, fusion, being different, challenging palates are all words we can use to describe Chef Michéle, although her food methods are simple, she is exceptionally adventurous!

In her 4 years with Hyatt, she loved cooking off menu, her ultimate pleasure is the ability to create food ’a la minute’, where customers can chat to her as they arrive and tell her which foods they prefer, she then goes on creating their favourite food with a ’ Michéle’ touch!
